Onboarding / Offboarding form
As a Technolutions customer with an MSP Contract, we would like to ensure that adding and removing users to your business is made as easy and as accurate as possible. Please take note that due to the sensitive nature of the company’s data, Technolutions staff can only add or remove a user once this form is completed.
This user onboarding and offboarding form will provide the information required to process the changes and result in the necessary ticket generation to prove the request was made and carried through to completion.
Please note, that only the Customer Primary Contact (Director or delegated staff member) may authorize the onboarding and offboarding of users as doing so will result in users being added to the company domain and network and therefore having access to company systems, data and intellectual property. In addition to this, it affects the MSP Contract and will result in an increase or decrease in billing at the agreed upon MSP Contract rates.
